1969 Corvette Stingray Restoration
This 1969 Corvette came to us in a red paint job. The front clip had previously
been stripped to the fiberglass matting and painted over without a gelcoat surface.
The matting could be seen through the paint layer upon close inspection. Such a
poorly done restoration can be a terrible realization for the unsuspecting buyer.
 |
As this Corvette's restoration gets underway,
all the old lacquer paint is stripped. |
 |
The front end gets block sanded and is now
properly resealed with a catalyzed primer. |
 |
After several rounds of primer and sanding, the
Corvette is finally ready for painting. |
 |
The beginning of a complete paint job starts
with spraying the door jambs. |
 |
A professional finish comes from experience,
care and hard work. The pride we have in our work reflects in every restoration. |
 |
The Corvette is restored to the owner's
specifications and is now ready for delivery. |
